Attach proof of bank transfer of 1,000 baht to cover
registered mail of the registration form and the courier charges to
one of the accounts below:

| Step 3 |
Upon receipt of the online pre-registration details and fee
transfer, NMAT Examination registration kit will be sent to the name
and address indicated on the online pre-registration form.

| Step 4 |
Complete the NMAT registration form in full and attach an
international bank draft in the amount of USD 175 payable to Center
for Educational Measurement, Inc.

| Step 5 |
Send the completely filled registration form together with the bank draft by EMS mail to:
